Imagine two weapon fighting doesn't take a bonus action. The off hand attack is just part of the same attack action, for free, so long as you're doing everything you normally need to be doing to use two weapon fighting. The two-weapon fighting style is the same, Dual Wielder is the same, we just drop the bonus action requirement.
